1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Digital Products (Themes, Plugins, etc.): Refunds will be issued within 14 days of purchase if the product is faulty, doesn’t work as described, or is significantly different from the listing. Refunds are not available for changes of mind or if the product has been used or downloaded after purchase.
  • Licenses & Subscriptions: Refunds for subscription-based products are available within the first 7 days of the initial purchase. Renewal fees are non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Products marked as non-refundable or final sale at the time of purchase.
  • Digital products that have been downloaded or used after the purchase.
  • Services that have been fully delivered or customized for the user.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, follow these steps:

  2. Assessment: Our team will review your request and assess its eligibility based on our refund criteria.
  3. Resolution: If your refund is approved, the payment will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.

5. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges for digital products. If the product is faulty or damaged, you may request a replacement, or you may be eligible for a refund in line with the conditions above.

6. Cancellations

  • Digital Products: Orders for digital products can only be canceled before the product is downloaded or accessed. Once the product has been downloaded, the order cannot be canceled, and refunds will not be issued.
  • Subscriptions: You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the product or service until the end of your billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
